Shipping

I offer shipping through Canada Post. At present, our shopping cart only allows for a standard rate to be added to your order. To request priority mail please contact me at . Please note, you are responsible for any custom duties or taxes.

Payment

Paypal and credit cards are accepted. For credit cards, you do not need a Paypal account. After submitting your order you will see a Paypal button, just click on it to go to the payment window.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and would like to return your item(s) you may do so. Just contact me within 7 days of receipt and return (at your own expense) within 14 days from letting me know. Once I receive it I'll issue a full refund minus any shipping costs.

The following conditions apply:

1) Returned item must arrive back in the same condition in which it originally shipped out, with item and packaging intact, unaltered and undamaged.

2) Returned item must arrive back within 14 days of delivery, based on original USPS Delivery Confirmation date if available.
